Retraction of your consent to data processing

The legality of the data processing carried out up to the retraction will remain unaffected by your retraction.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 of the General Data Protection Regulations)

If the data processing being carried out is based on Art. 6, Paras. 1e or 1f of the General Data Protection Regulations, then you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation at any time; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The relevant legal basis on which the processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you lodge an objection, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can prove compelling reasons for protecting the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing is for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (objection in accordance with Art. 21 Para. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulations).

Right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority
In the event of infringements of the GDPRs, the persons concerned have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority, especially in the member state of their habitual residence, workplace or place of presumed infringement. The right of appeal will be without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability
You have the right to have any data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request that the data is transferred directly to another responsible person, then this will only be realised to the extent that it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

Objection to advertising e-mails
We object to the contact data published in the legal notice obligation being used for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. Processing the data entered in the contact form will be carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6, Para. 1a of the General Data Protection Regulations). You can retract this consent at any time. Just send an informal notification to us by e-mail. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the retraction will remain unaffected by the retraction.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, retract your consent to it being saved or if the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (i.e. after your request has been processed). Obligatory statutory provisions, especially the retention periods, will remain unaffected.

Enquiries via e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request including all personal data (name & enquiry) will be saved and processed by us for the sole purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Processing this data is based on Art. 6, Para. 1b of the General Data Protection Regulations, provided that your enquiry is related to the fulfilling of a contract or is needed to implement pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing will be based on your consent (Art. 6, Para. 1a of the General Data Protection Regulations) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6, Para. 1f of the General Data Protection Regulations), as we have a legitimate interest in effectively processing the enquiries sent to us.

4. Analysing tools and adverts

Google Analytics
This website uses functions from Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called ”Cookies”. They are text files that are stored on your computer and allow your website usage to be analysed. IP anonymisation
The IP anonymisation function is activated on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the European Economic Area Agreement prior to it being sent to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Order processing
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities are fully implement whenever Google Analytics are used.

Retention period

5. Plug-ins und Tools

Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to ensure uniform font displaying. Google fonts are installed locally. There is no connection to the Google servers.

This site uses the map service from Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Your IP address has to be saved in order to be able to use the Google Maps features. This information is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there. The provider of this site has no influence regarding this data transfer.
